You can use these pages to order oligonucleotides from us online. A separate page is available for each individual oligonucleotide to be ordered. You have the choice between four types of oligonucleotides: DNA, RNA, full thioates and chimaeras.
 

Once you have selected this type via the pull-down menu, you have the option to order routine applications in the Oligonucleotide Laboratory, such as primers, adapters or modified oligonucleotides (e.g. using a colour or marker). Please mark modifications within or at the end of the sequence with an X.

When you place your oligonucleotide in the shopping cart, a pop-up window will appear, offering you a wide selection of modifications. We are also always happy to address special requests; simply describe your special modification in the field labelled “Comments” next to your oligonucleotide. If you should have any difficulty placing your order, you can always activate the Help menu on the right-hand side. In addition to listing your sequence, we also need information on the purification method and suitable counter ion. Oligonucleotides are normally delivered with ammonium as the counter ion. In certain cases (e.g. for antisense applications), it might be more advantageous to specify a different counter ion than ammonium.
 

Furthermore, it is possible to order RNA or thioate-modified oligonucleotides from us. Here you also have the option of selecting the modifications by placing an X.
